Suspects arrested after 1 man shot, injured along Debarr

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – Suspects have been arrested in the shooting of a man Friday in East Anchorage, according to the Anchorage Police Department.

Officers received calls about a shooting and found a 24-year-old man who is expected to survive. with a single gunshot wound around 1:30 a.m. near Williwaw Park, at the intersection of Debarr Road and Bliss Street.

“The suspects have been detained, there are no road closures and there is no current threat to public safety related to this incident,” he added. the police wrote on the Internet.
