A single-vehicle collision east of Canmore sent one person to hospital

An investigation is underway after a single-vehicle crash east of Canmore Friday afternoon.

At 3:47 p.m., Canmore RCMP received reports of a rollover and possible ejection of a lone passenger on the eastbound Lac Des Arc ramp.

A STARS Air Ambulance spokesperson confirmed that a 65-year-old woman was transported from Lac Des Arc to Foothills Medical Center in Calgary.

There was no other information.
