The name of a man and woman who died in a collision on the A47 in Hinckley

Police have named the man and woman who died in a crash on the A47 in Leicestershire.

Emergency services were called to the A47 Normandy Way in Hinckley on October 18 after a red Ford Fiesta collided with a light gray Audi S4.

Molly Snow, 23, was driving a Ford Fiesta and Jordan Hurst, 31, was a passenger in an Audi S4. Both people were pronounced dead at the scene.

The 25-year-old man – the driver of a black Audi S3 car that was not involved in the collision – was previously arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and has since been released under investigation, police said.
