4 people injured after collision with a pedestrian in downtown El Paso

UPDATE: The El Paso Police Department says the crash that injured four people in downtown El Paso on Thursday, November 21 was not a hit-and-run accident.

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Four people were taken to a local hospital with minor injuries following a pedestrian accident that occurred Thursday, Nov. 21, in Central El Paso, fire officials said.

Fire officials said the incident occurred on Nov. 21 just before 4:30 p.m. at the intersection of Arizona Avenue and North Virginia Street. The fire brigade initially claimed that there had been an accident.

According to firefighters, four people were transported with minor injuries (code 1).
