North Carolina man stabbed in Morrisville Walmart parking lot, Durham woman charged with assault

MORRISVILLE, N.C. (WTVD) — A Durham woman is facing assault charges after police say she stabbed a man in a parking space Morrisville.

Police received a 911 call around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday evening regarding a stabbing on Shiloh Glenn Drive.

Witnesses told police that an argument broke out in the company’s parking lot and the woman stabbed the man at least twice.

The suspect, 38-year-old Tikira Norman, is charged with assault with a deadly weapon.

The man was identified as 43-year-old Fouad Elsenbary. He was taken to hospital.

No information has been released on Elsenbary’s condition.
