Masked attackers attack teenager during Felton robbery – police are appealing for information

FELTON, Del. – A 17-year-old male was the victim of a strong-arm robbery outside the Shore Stop convenience store on South Dupont Highway on Thursday afternoon, according to Delaware State Police.

The attack occurred around 3:10 p.m., when the teenager was approached by three masked men in the store’s parking lot. The perpetrators attacked the victim and stole his belongings, then fled the scene in an unidentified vehicle.

Authorities said the teen was not injured in the incident. Police did not disclose the type or value of the stolen property.

The investigation is being led by the Delaware State Police’s 3rd Criminal Investigation Unit, which is actively pursuing leads. Detective T. Ford urges witnesses or anyone with information to call (302) 698-8569.
