An Ohio man has been arrested, accused of holding a pregnant woman against her will

According to our CBS affiliate, an Ohio man was arrested after allegedly attacking a pregnant woman and forcing her to stay in her bedroom WTOL-11 TV.

Luis Bahena, 29, of Toledo, was arrested Wednesday morning at a home in the 2600 block of Idaho Street.

The police report states that police arrived at the home after the victim’s family members reported that she was being held against her will.

Upon arrival, the offers were unable to get the victim to come to the door, so they forced their way inside and arrested Bahena.

WTOL-11 reports that police said Bahena forced the victim to stay in the bedroom while she was not home.

He is also accused of placing a camera in the bedroom to monitor her.

An arrest document shows Bahena allegedly attacked the victim with a belt, leaving visible injuries.

In a report, police described the condition of the house as “uninhabitable,” adding that it had no running water.

He added that three small children were found inside WTOL-11.

Bahena faces charges of abduction and domestic violence.
