Toronto man accused of posing as a surgeon and performing cosmetic procedures on several women – CP24

A 29-year-old Toronto man has been accused of posing as a surgeon and performing cosmetic procedures on several women.

Toronto police said they were notified Friday afternoon of an “armed assault” incident that occurred in the area Bay Street and Queens Quay West.

Investigators learned that a man approached four women at a dog park and allegedly identified himself as Harvey Archambeau, a surgeon at a local hospital.

Police say the man offered beauty treatments to women outside his residence.

“The victims arrived at the house and received injections of what they believed to be ‘Botox,’ ‘Ozempic’ and ‘Salmon DNA,'” police said. in a Saturday press release.

The women then became suspicious of the man’s behavior and soon learned that he was not qualified to perform the procedures. Police said the victims contacted them to report the matter.

The man, identified as Yusak, was arrested Saturday and charged with seven counts of aggravated assault and one count of simple disorderly conduct.

The police published a photo of the accused because investigators believe there may be more victims.
