A search warrant for his home, devices and social media accounts found he had four files of child sexual abuse material obtained through two different online accounts. Officials say he used the accounts to send and receive nude photos and videos of underage children.

HCSO officials say the two accounts were part of 13 online accounts associated with Szada-Daubert, seven of which are believed to be used to communicate with minor children.

During the initial investigation, Hernando County investigators identified five of the seven victims, three of whom decided to press charges against Szada-Daubert.

That was until October 28, 2024, when HCSO announced they had identified the remaining two victims and filed additional charges.

Daubert was arrested again on October 28 at his home in Brooksville. He is being held at the Hernando County Detention Center and his bond is set at $85,000.

After both rounds of allegations, Szada-Daubert faces the following challenges:

  • Four counts of possession of child pornography

  • 29 counts of showing obscene materials to minors

  • Four counts of soliciting a child to engage in unlawful sexual conduct using computer services and

  • Five counts of illegal use of a two-way device
