Biggest takeaway: McDavid is injured and won’t go to Nashville

The Oilers couldn’t and wouldn’t provide much information about McDavid’s injury after Monday’s loss. It was called a lower body problem, and on the video it looked as if he had stuck his left foot into the boards when he tripped. McDavid skated for a while before walking off the ice, leaving the court and not returning.
