A breakdown at the Preston Docks junction is closing the Riversway and Mariners Way

“As a result, Mariners Way and Riversway are currently closed.

“Please avoid the area and follow the advice of officers at the scene.”

An earlier report showed that the traffic lights at the intersection were not working – they had recently been working modernized this summer as part of major works modernization of traffic lights at many key city junctions.
