Sean “Diddy” Combs was accused in a new trial of sexual assault and giving drugs to a 10-year-old boy.

The plaintiff alleged that he was accompanied by his parents when they met with numerous music executives in New York in 2005 in an attempt to help him with his “burgeoning” music career.

In documents obtained by Rolling Stonea consultant – hired by the child’s parents – is said to have taken him to a hotel room to meet with Combs and left them alone. The alleged victim claimed that she was given a drug-laced soft drink due to feeling unwell shortly after consuming it.

The lawsuit states: “When plaintiff consumed the soda and began to feel its effects, Combs told plaintiff to come closer to him, which he did. Combs then violently pushed the plaintiff to the ground and uttered words such as, “Sometimes you have to do things you don’t want to do.”

“When plaintiff was pushed down, Combs pulled his penis out of his pants and told the 10-year-old plaintiff to ‘kiss him.’ When the plaintiff resisted, Combs nevertheless forced his penis into the plaintiff’s mouth and began thrusting it in and out repeatedly.

Combs’ accuser claimed that because of this he “froze with terror” and lost consciousness shortly thereafter. He allegedly felt pain in his anus and buttocks, and when he woke up, his pants were unzipped.

Ultimately, the plaintiff told his parents about the alleged incident with Combs. According to the lawsuit, they “were terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the harassment.” The accuser claimed to be suffering from severe depression and anxiety as a result of the alleged interaction.

In a statement (via Complex), Combs’ lawyers denied the latter allegations and criticized the plaintiff’s lawyer, Tony Buzbee.

“As we have said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that seem ridiculous or patently false,” it says.

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the fairness of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: Mr. Combs has never committed sexual assault or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor.”

Earlier this month Buzbee revealed that he had worked with 120 people who came forward with new claims against the disgraced rapper and music mogul. During the conference, the lawyer shared a hotline number for people with allegations against Combs.

Of these 120 people, 25 were minors at the time of the alleged abuse, and the youngest alleged victim was nine years old.

Other alleged incidents of sexual abuse of minors by Combs include a 14-year-old who was allegedly ordered to meet the rapper “privately” without his parents, during which he was allegedly forced to perform oral sex on Combs.

Buzbee reportedly acknowledged the statute of limitations, but said New York and California would likely recognize “most” of the 120 cases. The lawyer also said that all 120 alleged victims “intend to bring civil claims in civil court” against Combs and potential co-defendants, including alleged accomplices, silent spectators and “corporate entities.”

Buzbee said at the time that he expected all 120 alleged victims to begin filing lawsuits in the coming month. Last week Five new civil lawsuits were filed against Combs – the youngest alleged victim was only 13 years old at the time.

In an earlier statement, Combs’ lawyer said the rapper “strongly and categorically” denied “false” and “defamatory claims that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.”

The article continued: “He looks forward to proving his innocence and defending himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be determined by evidence rather than speculation.”

More claims emerged in a separate lawsuit last month in which a The woman claimed that Diddy and his former bodyguard Joseph Sherman drugged and raped her and filmed the event in 2001. Sherman has denied any criminal wrongdoing (via NBC New York), as did Combs.

“I don’t question her honesty. I simply dispute her claims against me,” Sherman said. “You’ve met the wrong man. I wasn’t even in the same room with you. I’ve never seen you. As far as I remember, I wasn’t even in New York at the time.

Sherman’s legal representatives said they will file a counterclaim, which will likely include defamation claims.
