Bulls’ Lonzo Ball is injured again and will miss even more time

Bull Guard Lonzo ball is struggling with another injury. According to doctors, he has a sprain in his right wrist and will be re-examined in 10 days the team’s PR department.

Ball was injured in the first quarter of Monday’s game against Memphis. Chicago has two games left this week and four more next week, so Ball will miss at least six contests.

Despite the injury, he played a season-high 18 minutes on the bench and scored six points and six assists without a turnover. Ball appeared in three of Chicago’s first four games, averaging 4.7 points, 3.7 assists and 2.7 rebounds in 15.7 minutes per game.

Ball has missed the last two seasons due to lingering knee problems. He hadn’t prepared to play since January 2022 until his long-awaited return last Wednesday, when he played 14 minutes against New Orleans.

His four-year, $80 million contract expires after the season.
