Sean “Diddy” Combs’ accuser ordered his identity revealed

A woman who accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexually assaulting her at a party two decades ago has been ordered by a judge in the Southern District of New York to reveal her identity.

According to legal documents obtained by Page Six Wednesday, Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil ruled that the woman, who identified herself as Jane Doe in the lawsuit, must provide her identification or the lawsuit will be dismissed.

In an official opinion, Vyskocil agreed that Doe “is interested in keeping her identity secret given the sensitive nature of her allegations” and “the potential for public scrutiny of her personal life.”

Vyskocil, however, argued that Doe, as an adult, chose to “file a lawsuit accusing a celebrity of engaging in disgraceful conduct approximately twenty years ago and further accusing a number of companies of complicity in that alleged conduct.”

Therefore, Vyskocil believes that Doe “did not bear her burden to show that she was entitled to” anonymity.
