According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, the plaintiff stated that the harassment occurred during his auditions for Diddy’s reality show.



“On the first day of the hearing, during a one-on-one interview, Combs asked plaintiff hypothetical questions about how to deal with sexually pressured situations,” the lawsuit says. “As Combs described these scenarios, he began to sexually assault the plaintiff by touching the plaintiff both above and under his clothes, including groping and fondling his penis and instructing the plaintiff to undress. While groping the plaintiff, Combs engaged in sexually explicit conduct, including masturbating. During this meeting, Combs emphasized his power to control the plaintiff’s future in the music industry, stating that he had the ability to “make or break the plaintiff’s career.”

The plaintiff, identified as John Doe, was 17 years old when he participated in the hearing Creating a team. On the second day he went through the so-called “longer interview”.

“During this conversation, Combs again instructed plaintiff to undress, explaining that plaintiff must demonstrate the ability to impersonate a ‘sex idol,’ which is allegedly required for the band’s image,” the lawsuit alleged. “This encounter ultimately escalated into Combs forcing the plaintiff to perform oral sex on him and Combs sodomizing the plaintiff.”

Diddy’s bodyguard allegedly engaged in harassment on the third day. John Doe said he was eliminated Creating a team for not reacting the way Diddy wanted.

“On the third day, Combs introduced his bodyguard, “T,” to sexual advances,” the lawsuit explains. “Combs characterized this as a test of the plaintiff’s willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed in the music industry. “T” demanded oral sex from the plaintiff, and although the plaintiff complied under force, Combs again sexually assaulted him while groping and fondling both the plaintiff and the security guard. The plaintiff’s facial expression during this ordeal indicated his discomfort and hesitation, prompting Combs to express his displeasure. Combs stated that the plaintiff’s conduct suggested an intention to report these incidents, and as a result, Combs stated that he would “keep an eye” on the plaintiff. This ultimately resulted in Plaintiff being eliminated from the competition because Combs claimed Plaintiff was untrustworthy due to his reservations about performing oral sex on his bodyguard.

John Doe is one of over 150 people sue Diddy for sexual assault. The Bad Boy Records founder is currently in custody on sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to participate in prostitution charges.
