The date of the inquest was set after the death of the woman and her nieces

An inquest into the deaths of three members of the same family found dead in their home will take place next year.

Kanticha Sukpengpanao (36) and her nieces Jasmin Kuczyńska (12) and Natasha Kuczyńska (8) died in January from stab wounds in Costessey, near Norwich.

The inquest into their deaths will begin on June 2, 2025.

A separate investigation will be conducted into the death of 45-year-old Bartłomiej Kuczyński, the girl’s father and Mrs. Sukpengpanao’s brother-in-law.

No date has been set for that hearing, but a decision is expected to be made during a pre-investigation review later this month.

Police were called to a house on Allan Bedford Crescent in Queen’s Hills on the morning of January 19.

An autopsy revealed that Sukpengpanao, Jasmin and Natasha died from knife wounds to the neck.

Mr. Kuczynski, who lived in the house with the girls, also died from a single stab wound to the neck.

Police in Norfolk previously said the death of the woman and two children was being treated as murder, while Mr Kuczyński’s death was not suspicious.

The Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) is investigating after the force approached authorities following a failure to respond to an initial call to the facility.

The IOPC has since issued a notice of gross misconduct against a member of civilian staff of the armed forces.

No publication date for the report has been set yet.
