Man convicted in fatal 2023 Janesville motorcycle crash

JANESVILLE, Wis. (WIFR) – A 45-year-old man is charged in connection with a car-motorcycle accident that left one person dead and another injured.

The Rock County District Attorney’s Office found Keith Rose guilty of manslaughter by driving under the influence of alcohol.

He received the maximum sentence of 25 years in prison in Wisconsin; 15 years behind bars and 10 years of extended supervision.

The accident occurred at 4:30 June 22, 2023 on W. Hwy 11 in Janesville, killing a motorcyclist and injuring a passenger in the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was Róża.

Investigators say Rose was under the influence of methamphetamine at the time of the crash.
