Mechanicville man charged with driving under the influence with a child

State police arrested a Mechanicville man for allegedly driving under the influence with a child in the vehicle.

Mark Knickerbocker was stopped by troopers on Saratoga Avenue in Waterford last week for a traffic violation.

Investigators said his blood-alcohol level was 0.09% and a child under the age of 16 was in the car.
Knickerbocker was charged with felony DWI, endangering the welfare of a child and other traffic offenses.
