Joe Rogan rejected the conspiracy theory that YouTube censored his interview with the former president Donald Trumpwhich fell completely on Friday.

Shortly after the nearly three-hour interview was published, some people began posting it on social media speculate that YouTube removed it. The rumor was hit with “reader context” in X to clarify that no such thing happened. Rogan also approached X with explanations. According to Rogan, the YouTube video was removed not because of censorship, but simply because there was an “error” in Spotify’s system and the episode had to be published at the same time on both platforms.

“There is no problem with YouTube censoring the Trump episode. It was supposed to stream simultaneously on Spotify and YouTube, but there was a glitch in Spotify’s streaming system, so we removed the YouTube link until it was fixed. It should be fine now,” Rogan wrote.

During a lengthy conversation, Rogan and Trump touched on a variety of topics related to election conspiracy theories to the President Joe Biden health history.
