Roberts Berzins has over a decade of financial management experience, helping leading corporations shape their financial strategies and execute financing at scale. It has also made significant efforts to institutionalize the REIT framework in Latvia in order to increase the liquidity of pan-Baltic capital markets. Other work at policy level includes the development of national guidelines for financing state-owned enterprises and a framework for channeling private capital into affordable housing stock. Roberts is a CFA charterholder, an ESG investment certificate holder, interned on a trading board in Chicago (although he is resident and based in Latvia), and is actively engaged in “thought leadership” activities aimed at supporting the development of pan-Baltic capital markets.
