Chris Brown faces charges again that he drugged and raped a woman during a boat party.

The 35-year-old rapper has been charged in a lawsuit seeking $20 million in damages from a woman identified only as Jane Doe. In December 2020, he drugged and raped her on a yacht outside the Miami residence of 54-year-old Sean “Diddy” Combs – who is currently in prison ahead of trial on sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

Her claims have now resurfaced in a new Investigation Discovery documentary titled “Chris Brown: A History of Violence.”

Page Six reported that a preview of the documentary showed that she did not appear to accuse Combs of committing any alleged sexual misconduct at the time.

Jane Doe attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, who recently represented one of Combs’ accusers, told Page Six that Diddy was “on the yacht” at the time of the alleged assault on Chris.

She first filed the lawsuit in January 2022, and an insider told Page Six at the time that even though the yacht she was allegedly attacked on was moored off the Combs estate, the disgraced mogul did not own the boat.

Another source told Page Six, “These allegations have nothing to do with Diddy and do not accuse him of any crime.”

Jane Doe says in the Chris Brown documentary, which premieres Sunday (10/27/24) on Investigation Discovery, that she was honest about her claims against Chris, adding that she wanted to come forward again to “shed light on what really happened.” happened.” .

She said Chris gave her alcohol on the yacht, adding: “I don’t remember if I saw him pouring it, but I just drank it and he just gave me another drink.

“As I stood there, I started to feel a little tired and my body felt a little heavy.”

The accuser alleged that Chris took her to the boat’s bedroom, where he allegedly stretched out on the bed and “laid over” her.

She told how he allegedly had sex with her against her will: “I couldn’t move and I said, ‘No’… I didn’t want it and he was kissing me to stop me from talking… I was so disgusted.”

When Jane Doe’s lawsuit was first filed, Chris denied any wrongdoing and revealed text messages Doe had sent him in an attempt to clear her name.

According to NBC, in August 2022, her lawsuit was dismissed “without prejudice” for “lack of representation” after her lawyer withdrew from the case.
