The BEST XM4 loadout for Black Ops 6

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is here and fans were delighted with the new title. One of the premiere features of modern Call of Duty is Gunsmith. While it’s not as crazy and over-the-top in BO6 as it was in previous titles, it’s still relatively deep.

Both brand new beginners and seasoned veterans can find a lot of fun in building their favorite weapons that will perform specific tasks well. The the mounting system has its drawbacksbut overall it works well.

One of the most popular weapons in Black Ops 6 is the XM4 assault rifle. This is the first assault rifle that players have access to that packs a decent punch. Let’s take a look at one of the better versions for the XM4.

There is no real “best” way to build a weapon in Black Ops 6. This is because there are different types of attachments that can make the weapon perform perfectly in different scenarios. The version described in this guide is a more balanced version that has one specific feature.

However, you can build the XM4 to be much faster and versatile at closer ranges, much stronger and more stable at longer ranges, and have several other archetypes.

It maintains decent recoil and improves firepower, accuracy and handling without impeding mobility in any way. This makes the recoil decent and manageable for most players. The precise foregrip provides horizontal recoil control that is manageable for most players. The compensator provides vertical recoil control.

This version uses a CHF barrel due to the increased headshot multiplier. The best way to use this setup is to aim at approximately the center of the enemy’s chest and then allow the recoil to rise a bit towards the enemy’s head. Controlling the recoil while it is above their head will allow you to easily exploit this barrel; not only getting more kills, but also getting closer to the XM4 masterful camouflages.
