The Florida Highway Patrol is reporting a crash in Gainesville that has closed the road

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – State troopers are reporting a crash in Gainesville that resulted in major damage.

A TV20 employee shot this video on Newberry Road between Tioga Town Center and I-75.

At least one person was injured when two pickup trucks collided.

One of the trucks was pulling a trailer.

Florida Highway Patrol officers also reported road closures following the crash.
