A woman hit by a van on the A47 at King’s Lynn has been identified

As a result of a police appeal, a woman was identified who was hit and killed by a van on the slip road.

Images showing tennis shoes and a zip-up top were published after she was killed in a crash involving a white Renault Trucks Master van near King’s Lynn on Sunday at 21:55 GMT.

Norfolk Police said the woman had been identified and thanked the public for their help. They did not reveal her name.

Officers added that they wanted to interview witnesses or anyone who may have relevant dashcam footage about the incident, which took place at the end of the A47 westbound off-ramp from Saddlebow.
