Rallies ahead of Wednesday’s match in Sheffield | It’s great to be back

City captain Joe Ralls took up press duties on Thursday ahead of Saturday’s match in South Yorkshire against Sheffield Wednesday.

The Bluebirds back from the November international break, aiming to get back into shape after the disappointment of back-to-back mishaps against Luton Town and Blackburn Rovers.

And their return will strengthen Ralls after a short absence from the side.

“I had a good few weeks; The break was good for me personally because I could train a bit and have a mental break,” Józek started.

“I had a good week in training and I hope to be back playing now that I’m available. I was away for a while, but it was good to be back and be with the guys every day again.
