Hyderabad police confiscated 144 kg of ganja, arrested 7 people in connection with drug bust – Telangana Today

Acting on a tip-off, police arrested seven persons in a joint operation conducted by the Hyderabad Task Force and Kachiguda Police. Investigation revealed that the gang sourced consignments of ganja from other states and delivered them to local dealers who then sold it to local consumers.

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Commissionerate Task Force along with the Kachiguda Police nabbed seven persons allegedly involved in the sale and transportation of ganja. The police seized 144 kilograms of drugs ganjaseven mobile phones and Rs. 3,200 cash from them.

Acting on a tip-off, police nabbed seven persons in a joint operation by the Hyderabad Task Force and Kachiguda Police. Police determined that the gang was sourcing marijuana from other states and delivering it to local dealers who resold it to local consumers.

In a separate case, two persons, who were allegedly possessing and selling ganja along with six consumers, were nabbed by the task team of the Hyderabad Commissionerate (West) on Saturday morning at SR Nagar. Three kilograms of ganja were seized from them.
