Conor McGregor slams rape accuser on social media after being found guilty of assault

This is what a civil court in Ireland ruled Conor McGregor assaulted a woman in a penthouse after a night of partying in 2018 during sexual intercourse, but McGregor says the claims are false.

The former UFC champion said: in a now-deleted post that he would appeal the civil jury’s decision, but earlier on Saturday on X he complained about his accuser’s “lies.”

Accuser Nikita Hand also accused triathlete James Lawrence of assault on the same night McGregor allegedly “brutally raped and beaten her.”

Although the court ordered McGregor to pay more than $250,000, it also found Lawrence innocent.

“Yes, justice was served for James Lawrence! What they did is deplorable. Nikita’s hand, a fierce liar! Appeal!” McGregor posted on X Saturday morning re-posting an article from the Irish Independent.

McGregor also wrote this hand “She falsely accused a man of rape and lost.”

“Two men falsely accused. One vindicated, the other soon! Congratulations to James Lawrence on his complete acquittal!” McGregor he wrote in another post. “Twice this heinous accusation was brought against you and twice it was found to be FALSE! LIES! What they put you through here is absolutely disgraceful. Shameful! I can’t wait to see you continue to defend yourself and criticize the guilty in court! We know what happened that night! Everyone present knows and yet it was ignored. Every statement made by those present at the event was ignored. Everyone questioned Nikita’s LIES!”

Lawrence himself wrote in an Instagram post that Hand is “an absolute disgrace and a slap in the face to every girl who has ever quit it (sic) for real.”

McGregor said they had sex that was athletic and energetic, but not rough. He said she “never said ‘No’ or stopped” and testified that everything she said was a lie.
