NRL News: Huge change to every club’s shirts is expected after 0 ‘problem’ identified

NRL a legend revealed by Peter Wynn Yahoo Sports Australia like price reduction Kangaroos shirts has led to unprecedented demand and it is hoped that a similar situation will occur for club kits. Peter Wynn’s Score – owned and run by former Parramatta and Wynn’s representative star since 1988 in the heart of Eels territory – has sold off the once friendless Kangaroos jersey amid a dramatic fall in prices and renewed interest in the international game.

The situation is similar in most other stores, where over 4,000 green and gold sweaters have recently been moved. Pacific Championships. It could also create a platform for a similar NRL shirt cut, which would be applauded by fans at every club. “I’m not sure this (sweater sales) is an area where we should generate revenue,” V’landys said Daily Telegraph. at the beginning of the year.

“I actually think we would generate a lot more revenue if they were cheaper. Charging $160 is counterproductive and definitely an issue we need to look at. The game is in the best financial situation ever, so we have to look at all the costs.”

International Rugby League chairman Troy Grant said the impact was immediate. “I think one of the most important things this season has been the availability of the Kangaroos shirt at affordable prices,” he declared. “I told PVL a while back that it was probably the least owned Australian national jersey on the market.

“You see cricket shirts everywhere, you can buy Wallaby shirts, you can buy Socceroos shirts, but you don’t see many Kangaroo shirts. I think they sold 4,000 in four weeks because it made them affordable.”

This gave hope that a similar reduction in the prices of club sweatshirts would take place. Wynn said Yahoo Sports Australia: “There is a huge royalty fee associated with the production of an NRL jersey and everyone gets a big cut from the sale of the jersey, so the NRL would have to take the same approach (as with the Australian jumper).

“I know if they were cheaper, we would sell a lot more. We saw this with the Kangaroos. When I started my business, demand for Australian Kangaroos sweaters was huge. Then it dropped dramatically and I sold almost nothing.

“The renewed interest in international regattas with teams like Tonga and Samoa has really changed the approach to supply and demand for the Kangaroo jersey. The reduced price certainly gives everyone the opportunity to purchase the t-shirt, from adults to children. I haven’t seen this much interest since the early 1990s.”
