A woman tells a shocking marital experience

A young banker, identified as Afia, has shared the heartbreaking story of her depressing marital experience with her pastor husband.

In a shocking interview with Pastor Prince on Secret TV, Afia revealed how she financed their marriage due to her husband’s financial constraints, only to face neglect and betrayal.

Narrating how their relationship began, she explained how they met in Achimota Forest and started dating, which led to her pregnancy and subsequent marriage.

“We were in a relationship for about a year. And then he went to my family and wanted to marry me. But before that, when we were in a relationship, he got me pregnant. And since he is a pastor, I cannot, that is, carry on with the pregnancy unless he is my husband.

“And since he doesn’t do anything outside of service, he doesn’t have much in the way of finances. I’m a banker, so I arranged some money. And then we went to visit my family, made a list and bought everything with my money,” she said.

Despite financial support, including paying for her engagement and household expenses, she found that her husband did not make significant contributions.

She said she even took out a mortgage to cover the rent.

The situation worsened when Afia’s younger sister reported that her husband had made inappropriate advances towards her.

“My husband hasn’t even done anything to support me, sometimes when he’s at home. I would expect my man to help me take care of the baby. But he wouldn’t do that. So I went to bring my little sister to come and support the house.

“After some time, my younger sister told me that when I was not around, my husband tried to have an affair with her. I didn’t believe her because I loved him,” she said.

Afia told how she later discovered conversations that proved her husband never loved her.

“Later I realized there was something fishy about it. I overheard him talking to some people, saying, “My wife.” I don’t love her and all that, even the people I brought to marry her were strangers, I heard all that,” she said.

To make matters even worse, Afia revealed that her husband sold her a car without her knowledge.

Despite her efforts to support him, he continued to neglect his responsibilities, leaving her alone with the household and the child.

“I don’t always get money to do something. There is a woman who sells groceries. Sometimes I go and attribute the food to this woman. And this man came and ate without asking me where I got the money. Sometimes I call my friends and ask for money and then I cook for him. It’s too much,” she lamented.

In her emotional plea, she expressed her desire for her husband to remarry her if he truly loved her, emphasizing the sacrifices she made out of love and the need for him to take responsibility.

“I don’t trust my husband, he is capable of many things. I did it all out of love.

“If he says he loves me, he should find the money and remarry me. Let’s go to his family. I want to meet his family,” she said.

After hearing this story, an enraged Pastor Prince described the man as “wicked” and a liar.

He also opposed Afia, accusing her of rushing into marriage because of “stupid love”.

He then advised women not to “take on a man’s role” by paying their own bride price.
