CHP says several were injured in a head-on crash in Tulare County

TULARE COUNTY, CA – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a head-on crash in Tulare County.

Officers responded to the area of ​​State Routes 63 and 124 north of Visalia just before 1:30 p.m.

Investigators say a white Honda on Route 63 veered left and collided with a black SUV on Route 124.

Several people were taken to hospital, some suffered serious injuries.

It is not known exactly how many people were injured at that time.

Authorities say drugs and alcohol were not a factor in the crash and the investigation is ongoing.
