A Halfmoon man arrested after allegedly slashing a vehicle’s tires with a knife

The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says it has arrested Mark S. LaRock Jr., 29, of Halfmoon on a felony charge.

The sheriff’s office says it responded to an active domestic disturbance call on Thursday around 6:39 p.m. at Windy Circle in Halfmoon.

The sheriff’s office said LaRock is accused of intentionally damaging another person’s property in an amount exceeding $250 by slashing the tires of a motor vehicle with a knife.

Authorities say an investigation into the call led to LaRock Jr.’s arrest.

LaRock Jr. is charged with a third-degree felony.

He was arraigned in Halfmoon Municipal Court and released on his own recognizance pending further proceedings.
