Model Jenn An is suing Kanye West over an alleged incident involving sexual assault and strangulation.

According to An, a former America’s Next Top Model contestant, the incident occurred while filming the music video for La Roux’s “In for the Kill” in September 2010 at the Chelsea Hotel in New York.

An claims that Kanye West specifically chose her to be one of his supporting actresses and models, allegedly saying, “Give me an Asian girl.” According to her, when she expressed concern about the revealing nature of her outfit, West allegedly replied, “That’s why I chose you.” According to The Wrap, documents show she was currently wearing underwear.

Lawsuit obtained by Poultice claims that West rejected other supporting actors and models and then “began filming the sexual assault.”

An accuses West of choking her with both hands and then forcing several of his fingers down her throat. She claims he repeatedly moved his fingers in and out, causing her to gag, which she says lasted for over a minute, simulating forced oral sex. At this point Ye is allegedly saying, “This is art. This is fucking art. I’m like Picasso.”

An also names Interscope and Universal Music Group in the lawsuit. An is seeking “compensation for mental, emotional and physical injuries, suffering, pain and suffering, and damage to his reputation” as well as attorney’s fees.
