Drivers identified in Wisconsin crash that sent a 23-year-old man to the hospital with life-threatening injuries

RUBICON, Wis. (WFRV) – Wisconsin authorities say they have identified the drivers involved the disaster that resulted regarding the arrest of a 23-year-old man and his transport to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

As stated in the announcement Dodge County Sheriff’s OfficeOn November 19 at 5 p.m., deputies responded to a report of an accident on Goodland Road at County Road N in the town of Rubicon.

Authorities say the 2021 Infinity failed to stop at a stop sign and was struck by an oncoming Western Star 2024 truck, sending both vehicles into a ditch.

The driver of the truck semi-trailer was identified as 35-year-old Volodymr Kozmyn from Illinois, who, according to unofficial information, was not injured in the accident and was later released from the scene.

The driver of the Infinity was identified as 23-year-old Sultan Al Zein of Milwaukee. He was arrested on OWI charges and taken to the hospital, where authorities say he still has life-threatening injuries.
