and they supposedly sent him

Moses “Shyne” Barrow’s new documentary “The Honorable Shyne” details the alleged scheme that led him to become the “fall guy” during the 1999 New York club shooting in which Sean “Diddy” Combs allegedly committed suicide. But Diddy and him team of lawyers they don’t have it.

Diddy’s team has reportedly sent a cease and desist order against Shyne and the documentary. According to Page sixa source close to Combs as well as the documentary insisted that the Bad Boy Entertainment founder sent the cease-and-desist notice not necessarily to block the release of “The Honorable Shyne,” but to “make sure” the facts were correct.

In statementCombs “categorically denies” Barrow’s allegations, “including any suggestion that he arranged for Mr. Barrow to ‘take the fall’ or ‘sacrifice’ him by directing witnesses to testify against him.” These claims are unequivocally false.”

The representatives also said: “Mr. Combs was acquitted of all charges related to the incident (1999) and has consistently maintained his innocence” and “Mr. Combs appreciates the path Mr. Barrow has chosen and wishes him continued success. It is unfortunate that Mr. Barrow has chosen to reconsider these allegations.”

Both men went to trial for the 2001 shooting, but only Shyne was convicted of assault and reckless endangerment. He ended up serving an eight-year prison sentence.

“Everything comes to light,” Barrow says in the film: according to Rolling Stone magazine. “Because when I said it (at the time), everyone was partying and having a great time with Diddy while I was rotting in jail.”

Shyne’s documentary aired on November 18 on Hulu. This followed Combs’ arrest on September 16 on charges of racketeering conspiracy, forcible sex trafficking, fraud or coercion and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.

After being released from prison in 2009, Shyne was deported to his native Belize. He is currently a politician there, where he serves as the leader of the opposition in the country’s House of Representatives.
