Florida man faces multiple child sexual assault charges from Fillmore County – ABC 6 News

(ABC 6 News) – A Panama City Beach, Florida man appears in Fillmore County Superior Court Monday on multiple counts of first- and second-degree criminal sexual conduct with children.

Court documents show Mathew Scott Johnson, 46, will face four counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and four counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor between the ages of 13 and 15 in 2021-2022.

Court documents show that at the time, Johnson was living in Fountain, Minnesota, in Fillmore County.

Johnson faces two more counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a 12-year-old girl in 2022-2023 in a separate court case.

Court documents show that Johnson is accused of repeatedly raping the first victim using force and coercion and repeatedly molesting the second.

Johnson is scheduled to appear in court again on both charges on December 9.
