Harvey arrested for sexual assault

HARVEY, North Dakota (Valley News Live) – A Harvey, North Dakota man is in jail due to an ongoing sexual assault investigation.

Harvey Police arrested Carl Stanley Snedaker on November 24. He was charged with two counts of gross sexual imposition on a victim under the age of 15, which is a Class A felony.

Police Chief John Foss told Valley News Live these new charges were made as part of an ongoing investigation. Snedaker previously faced four charges, including gross sexual imposition and sexual assault against a victim aged 15 to 18.

Snedaker is being held at the Heart of America Correctional and Treatment Center in Rugby, North Dakota.
