More charges have surfaced online for a Bucks County man accused of drug use and sexual assault

Six more victims came forward in the case of A Bucks County A man accused of using drugs and sexually assaulting multiple women he met online, authorities said.

Andrew J. Gallo, 40, of Bristol Township, he was previously charged in September with five counts of rape; four counts of strangulation; six counts of criminal possession with intent to supply drugs; one count of corruption of minors; and two misdemeanor counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Gallo now faces five additional rape charges; six counts of criminal possession with intent to supply drugs; four counts of strangulation; one count of corruption of minors; and three misdemeanor counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor.

The new charges include allegedly drugging six additional victims and raping five of them. The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office announced the additional charges Monday during Gallo’s preliminary hearing before District Judge Terrence Hughes. Gallo waived his right to a trial, taking the case to Bucks County Common Pleas Court.

Since his arrest in September, Gallo has been held in the Bucks County Jail in lieu of posting bail of 10% of $5 million. Court records do not yet list any attorney information for Gallo.

Court records show the victims ranged in age from 17 to 35, and all of the women lived in parts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The first victim came forward to police in December 2023. Four additional victims subsequently came forward to meet with Gallo in June 2023; the third in February 2024; and the fourth in August 2024.

The first four victims came forward to investigators after meeting Gallo on a dating site. However, the district attorney’s office said additional victims later reported using other dating sites.

All victims reported incidents that allegedly occurred at Gallo’s home on the first block of Copper Beech Lane.

After meeting victims on the websites, Gallo allegedly arranged dates at his home, bragging about the wonderful drinks he prepared for them. Authorities said Gallo secretly provided the women with a controlled substance in their drinks.

The first victim in December 2023 reported that she visited Gallo’s home and he allegedly prepared an alcoholic drink with a sugar coating for her. After consuming the drink, the victim reported a strange feeling. Court records show the woman was later sexually assaulted and strangled by Gallo.

Court records show that five days later, the victim tested positive for multiple substances, including methamphetamine and cocaine, and told authorities that the drugs had been supplied to her without her knowledge.

The remaining victims reported allegedly similar descriptions of events. Authorities said that on Aug. 15, investigators obtained a search warrant and searched Gallo’s home, finding a fifth victim in the bedroom. Court records show the victim testified that Gallo choked her “almost to the point of unconsciousness” during sexual acts.

The police reported that during the search a bottle of alcohol was seized, which was later found to contain methamphetamine.

A sixth victim later came forward and said she met Gallo in August 2024. Gallo allegedly repeatedly forced her to drink alcohol and engaged in sexual acts while choking her, court records show. Authorities said blood results showed she had ingested, among other things, methamphetamine.

The victims of the new charges reported incidents that occurred between June 2018 and June 2024. Five rape victims reported engaging in explicit sexual acts with Gallo, and four of them described how he put his hands down their throats until they lost consciousness or almost passed out outside, authorities said.

All of the victims described to authorities a strange feeling after consuming the drinks, and not how they would normally feel after drinking alcohol. They described feeling a lack of control during sexual encounters and being unable to stop anything Gallo allegedly wanted to do. Authorities said victims reported side effects from the drugs, including days without sleep, hallucinations and psychosis.

Authorities said most of the victims had to seek medical treatment after their encounters with Gallo.

Authorities said investigators later discovered through a forensic review of Gallo’s Internet search history that he had previously searched for pornography involving intoxicated women.

Bucks County District Attorney Jennifer Schorn praised the victims for coming forward and the media for spreading awareness of the case. She said media reports led authorities to other victims.

Bucks County detectives and Bristol Township police are investigating the case. She is prosecuted by Bucks County Assistant District Attorney Kristin M. McElroy and Bucks County Assistant District Attorney Gabriella Simonelli.
