Pune, Nov 27 (PTI) An investigation into the suicide of a 15-year-old boy has revealed that the 26-year-old sales executive allegedly suffered sexual assault and harassment, Pune police said on Wednesday.

Police charged the man with various charges, including inciting suicide, the official said.

The boy hanged himself in his home on October 15.

“The investigation revealed that an unidentified person had sent the boy messages threatening to release his photos and videos. The police found the perpetrator,” a police officer said.

An investigation revealed that the man, who works as a sales executive, sexually assaulted a teenage boy and recorded the act on his mobile phone, he added.

“The accused later started harassing the boy by sending him photos and videos from his phone, which led to the teenager’s suicide,” the officer added.
