Wimborne: A motorcyclist has died in a crash with a car on the A31

Sergeant Mike Gatfield, of Dorset Police’s Traffic Unit, said: “Our first thoughts are with the family and loved ones of the young man who sadly died as a result of this collision.

“We are continuing to investigate to establish the full circumstances of what happened and I am asking any witnesses who have not yet spoken to police to contact us.”

Police also urged all drivers with dash cams who were traveling in the area to review footage for relevant information.
