On November 22, Russian forces executed four Ukrainian prisoners of war in the Pokrovsky Oblast of the Donetsk Oblast.

During the enemy attack, four soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were forced to surrender. Immediately afterwards, the occupiers opened fire on them with automatic weapons.”

Details: The Office of the Attorney General recalls that the intentional killing of prisoners of war constitutes a serious violation of the Geneva Conventions and qualifies as a serious international crime.

An investigation is underway to determine all the circumstances of the crime and identify those responsible.
