Report: Jaire Alexander’s knee injury is not serious

On Monday, Packers linebacker Jaire Alexander underwent an MRI on his injured knee.

ESPN’s Rob Demovsky reports that Alexander and the Packers received some good news: The test showed no major concerns.

The Packers will monitor Alexander’s health throughout the week to determine his availability for Sunday.

Alexander struggled off the field after the Jaguars tied the game on Evan Engram’s fourth-quarter touchdown catch. Alexander had a tackle and defended two passes.

This season, he has 16 tackles, two interceptions, seven passes defended and fumble recoveries in six appearances.
