A Duluth police officer was involved in a car-pedestrian accident

The Duluth Police Department confirmed that an officer was involved in a minor vehicle-pedestrian collision on Monday, October 28 near the intersection of 6th Ave E and E 2nd St around 1:10 p.m. According to a Minnesota State Patrol report, the pedestrian was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The Duluth Police Department asked the Minnesota State Patrol to investigate the incident. This investigation remains active and ongoing.
