Cowboys DE Sam Williams has had a three-game suspension for personal conduct violations

The league announced the suspension, which began last week.

Williams is on season-ending injured reserve after tearing his ACL and ACL during training camp.

In August 2023 Williams was arrested on charges of recklessness, possession of narcotics and illegal possession of weapons.

Due to the three-game suspension, he will forfeit a total of $211,807 in salary, but will not miss any games. Even though Williams is on injured reserve, the suspension will take place now rather than in 2025.
