Diddy accused of drugging and raping a 10-year-old boy

Advocate Tony Buzbee has once again sued Sean “Diddy” Combs, this time for sexual assault of a 10-year-old boy. The lawsuit alleged that Diddy drugged and raped the child during an “interrogation” in 2005.

The plaintiff, identified as John Doe, was an aspiring rapper. The family hired a consultant to help him break into the entertainment industry. The consultant arranged a meeting with Diddy, who allegedly asked to meet the boy alone.

John Doe performed for Diddy at a hotel in New York. Diddy told the child that he could “make him a star” and asked how “much” the boy wanted it. The plaintiff stated that he “would do anything.” The alleged victim was given a soda that was believed to contain drugs.

“When plaintiff drank the soda and began to feel its effects, Combs told plaintiff to come closer to him, which he did,” the lawsuit says. “Combs then violently pushed plaintiff to the ground and uttered words to the effect of, ‘Sometimes you have to do things you don’t want to do.’ When the plaintiff pushed the plaintiff to the ground, Combs pulled his penis out of his pants and told the 10-year-old plaintiff to “kiss him.” When the plaintiff resisted, Combs nevertheless forced his penis into the plaintiff’s mouth and began thrusting it in and out repeatedly.

John Doe said he lost consciousness. The plaintiff woke up with his pants unzipped.

“His a### and buttocks were in great pain,” the lawsuit noted.

The boy cried, looking for his parents. Diddy allegedly threatened to hurt the child’s parents if the victim told anyone what happened.

John Doe’s parents noticed he was “lethargic and acting different.” They were “terrified” to report the abuse after their son told them what had happened.

Buzbee represents over 150 people accusing Diddy of sexual assault. John Doe is one of many plaintiffs who were minors at the time of the violence. Diddy’s lawyers have denied the allegations.

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, his legal defense and the fairness of the judicial process,” they said. “In court, the truth will prevail: Mr. Combs has never committed sexual violence – against an adult or a minor, against a male or female. women”.

Diddy is currently in custody on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking and transportation to participate in prostitution charges. His trial is scheduled to begin in May 2025.
