In the movie posted on TikTokone of the women in the family explains that her son-in-law was told he could not enter the stadium wearing a red MAGA hat, which led to an argument with security.

A TikTok user explained the situation in more detail, stating that the match tickets were scanned and passed through security checkpoints. However, a separate duo of security guards had problems with the hat.

“So what was supposed to be a fun first-time experience for our kids turned out to be an eye-opener for us,” the caption reads. “I wasn’t going to share this, but even after seeing the state of the ‘vote, it takes all of us’ field and (Nick) Barefoot showing my (MAGA) hat in front of the camera, I felt that we were discriminated against.

“We stopped after tickets and security checkpoints were scanned by one of the men who asked my husband to either throw away his hat or leave the stadium. This led (sic) to 30-45 minutes of arguing and missing the start of the match only for the supervisor to let us through. I also (sic) thank you to all the people who stopped and spoke up when this happened.”

The video shows people passing by trying to understand what’s going on, but it turns out the argument was caused by a MAGA hat. They couldn’t believe the family was in this situation when one of the security staff told the couple it was “not a matter of hate.”

One of the women in the family arguing with security said she checked the website to make sure the hat was allowed, and after going through the initial security checkpoint and scanning the game, she found everything was fine.

“How are you going to apply the rules once you purchase the ticket?” – asks the woman.

According to Levi’s Stadium Code of Conductit simply states that “offensive clothing” is not allowed in the stadium. Additionally, the “allowed and prohibited list” states “Offensive Clothing under the Levi’s Stadium Code of Conduct,” although there are no specifications on the Levi’s Stadium website regarding what constitutes “offensive clothing.”

However, there is a note before the list of allowed and prohibited items that says “the information below is subject to change without notice.”

The 49ers did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment on the matter.

As the video’s caption alludes to, Bosa made headlines following the 49ers’ victory over the Cowboys by interjecting into quarterback Brock Purdy’s interview while wearing his own MAGA hat.

Bosa pointed to his hat, causing George Kittle to laugh, and he ran away again.
