LPD releases the name of the pedestrian killed in a fatal accident with a garbage truck

LAWTON, Okla. (KSWO) – The Lawton Police Department (LPD) has released the name of the person who died after a crash fatal collision with a private garbage truck.

According to LPD, 29-year-old Jessica Lynn Ellsworth died in the Oct. 24 accident.

The investigation into the fatal collision remains ongoing and once completed, authorities will forward their findings to the district attorney’s office.

The district attorney will then decide whether charges will be filed.
