The mother convicted in a fatal crash on the Kansas Turnpike has denied a new trial

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – A Topeka woman convicted in a 2022 crash that killed three children has been denied a new trial.

Amber Peery was sentenced in August this year for unintentional manslaughter and assault with particular cruelty Outage in October 2022 It happened when she tried to make an illegal turn on the Kansas Turnpike.
