The report alleges that Combs wanted to meet the 10-year-old in his hotel room and the child was brought in by a consultant hired by the parents. Once there, he claims Combs said he could “make him a star” and asked how “badly he wanted it.” He claims someone in the hotel room gave him a soda that made him feel “a little weird.”

He claims Combs or someone on Combs’ staff spiked the drink with drugs such as GHB and/or ecstasy. The report included a photo of the container allegedly used to lace the drink.

The accuser claims that Combs forced him to perform oral sex on him and threatened to hurt his parents if he told anyone about it. He also claims that he “lost consciousness” and when he woke up crying, his “anus and buttocks hurt a lot” and his “pants were unzipped.” He added that he told his parents, but “they were terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse.”

In the second complaint, Diddy is accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old male around 2008.

The assault allegedly occurred while the teenager was auditioning for an MTV reality competition series Creating a teamin which novice musicians compete for a place in a music group led by the founder of the Bad Boy label.

In the complaint, Diddy is accused of masturbating while groping the teen during a private one-on-one conversation on the first day of questioning. The complaint alleges that on the second day of interrogations, Diddy forced him to perform oral sex on him and his bodyguard. Following the alleged assault, Diddy allegedly told the teenager that he would “keep an eye on him” after sensing his discomfort with what happened. The teenager was ultimately eliminated from the competition.

The complaint also alleged that after the assault, the teen was “unable to return to the music industry for seven years.”

The plaintiffs, represented by the Buzbee Law Firm, are seeking compensatory and punitive damages, which will be determined at trial.

“They both wanted to break into the music industry and were promised that Combs would help them,” general counsel Tony Buzbee said in a statement. “One of the alleged victims was ten years old at the time of the alleged incident, the other was seventeen years old. We will let the allegations contained in the complaints speak for themselves and we will work to ensure that justice is served. We will continue to file cases on a weekly basis, naming Mr. Combs and others as defendants, while we continue to gather evidence and prepare the docket.”

“The attorney behind this lawsuit is interested in media attention rather than the truth, as evidenced by his constant press appearances and 1-800 number,” Diddy’s lawyers said in a statement to PEOPLE. “As we said earlier, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are apparently ridiculous or patently false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the fairness of the legal process. In court, the truth will prevail: Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor.”

These claims are the latest in Combs’ ongoing legal troubles. On September 16, the disgraced music mogul was arrested in Manhattan and charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transport for prostitution.

He is detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn awaiting trial. His the trial is about to begin on May 5, 2025
