Man seriously injured in scooter accident in Sheffield

A man suffered life-threatening injuries when his scooter collided with a car.

South Yorkshire Police said a scooter collided with a silver Renault Modus at the junction of Nether Shire Lane and Sicey Avenue in Sheffield at around 3.30pm BST on October 23.

Police reported that a 75-year-old man was taken to hospital with a serious head injury, his condition is still life-threatening.

Anyone who witnessed the collision or may have a recording of the incident is asked to contact the police.
