Diddy accused of sexually assaulting and drugging 10-year-old boy in 2005 – new lawsuit

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing another round of lawsuits in which one accuser claims he was sexually assaulted at the age of 10 by the disgraced tycoon.

According to complaints received by Rolling Stone the plaintiff claims that he was accompanied by his parents when they met with several music executives in Manhattan in 2005 in an attempt to further his “burgeoning” music career.

A consultant hired by his parents took him to a hotel room to meet with Combs and left them alone. John Doe claims he was given a soda laced with drugs, based on how he felt shortly after drinking the soda.

“When plaintiff drank the soda and began to feel its effects, Combs told plaintiff to come closer to him, which plaintiff did. “Combs then violently pushed the plaintiff down and said words to the effect of, ‘You have to do some things that you don’t do sometimes I want to do,'” the lawsuit says. “When the plaintiff was pushed down, Combs pulled his penis out of his pants and told the 10-year-old plaintiff to ‘kiss him.’ When the plaintiff resisted, Combs nevertheless forced his penis into the plaintiff’s mouth and repeatedly pushed it in and out.

The accuser allegedly “froze in terror” as a result of the interaction and lost consciousness shortly thereafter. When he woke up, Doe allegedly felt pain in his anus and buttocks and his pants were unzipped.

Doe eventually revealed to his parents what allegedly happened between him and Combs, who “were terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse.”

The plaintiff claims that he suffers from severe depression and anxiety as a result of the alleged incident.

In a statement to Complex, Combs’ lawyers attacked Doe’s attorney, Tony Buzbee.

“The attorney behind this lawsuit cares about media attention rather than the truth, as evidenced by his constant press appearances and 1-800 number,” the statement reads. “As we have said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are apparently ridiculous or patently false.”

“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the fairness of the judicial process,” the statement continued. “In court, the truth will prevail: Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone – male or female, adult or minor.”

During an Oct. 1 news conference, Buzbee stood in front of a backdrop that displayed a hotline number (1-800-200-7474) for people with allegations against Combs. He also announced the filing of 120 new lawsuits against the tycoon.

Buzbee also represents another accuser who claims Combs forced him to perform oral sex and sodomized him. The alleged incident occurred when the then 17-year-old attended a three-day audition for the film Creating a team in 2008.

Doe claims Combs wanted to test his “willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed in the music industry,” so he and a security guard allegedly attacked him on the third day of the audition.

The latest wave of allegations comes a week later Five civil lawsuits have been filed against Combs . One accuser, who said he was 13 at the time of the alleged incident, claims that Combs and an unidentified male star experienced sexual assault at a 2000 MTV VMAs afterparty.

Combs remains in prison awaiting trial on racketeering and human trafficking charges, which is scheduled to begin in May 2025.
